Terms of sale and use
Nature of services
All services offered here are professional and educational advisory services on health systems, digital health products and facility operations. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no session is a clinical consultation.
Bookings
Paid bookings confirm only once payment is verified. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session using the link in your confirmation email. Sessions missed without notice are not refunded.
Digital products
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the material. Files are delivered through expiring signed links, are stamped with the buyer's email and order reference, and are re-downloadable from your account. Redistribution is not permitted.
Refunds
Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. Course fees are refundable within 14 days of enrolment where fewer than 25% of lessons have been completed.
Pricing and currency
Prices are set independently per currency and are not converted at runtime. Nigerian transactions are charged in naira; other transactions in US dollars or pounds sterling. Applicable taxes are shown on the receipt.
Acceptable use
Do not submit patient-identifiable or otherwise confidential clinical information through any form on this site. Submissions containing such data may be deleted without processing.
