Health systems strengthening
Making health systems work at population scale.
What the problem looks like
Digital tools do not strengthen a health system on their own. Supply, staffing, referral, financing and data have to move together, and a dashboard that reports on a broken pathway simply reports faster.
Multi-market expansion multiplies this: what worked in Lagos does not transfer to Accra or Nairobi without being re-grounded in the local payer and regulatory structure.
What I do about it
Service design across facility networks, clinical governance and quality systems, operating models for multi-market delivery, and market-entry sequencing on regulatory posture and realistic unit economics.
